Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray; set aside.
Cut chocolate in 1-inch pieces.
Place in heatproof bowl.

Stir occasionally, just until melted.
Remove from heat.
Set aside.
