Fudgesicles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. homogenized milk, heated but not boiled, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 large eggs, beaten and 1/3 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In mixing bowl, combine sugar and cocoa.

Add eggs and corn syrup.

Stirring constantly, mix a little hot milk into cocoa mixture.

Gradually add more milk until all milk is used, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth, thickened and coats the spoon. Pour into molds, ice cube tray, paper cups, etc., and freeze until stiff.

Add sticks.

Freeze thoroughly.
