Fudge Turnover Cake
Fudge Turnover Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat
Grease bottom and sides of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine casserole the flour, sugar, soda, salt, vanilla extract, sour cream, shortening, chocolate, egg and 1/4 cup hot water.
Blend.
Beat vigorously with wooden spoon for
1 1/2 minutes.
Sprinkle pecans over batter. Cover with brown and cocoa.
Pour 1 cup hot water over sugar mixture. Bake
350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Loosen edges with spatula (invert on plate immediately).
