Mix together sugar, soda, flour and cinnamon.
Bring to boil oleo, cocoa, Crisco and water and pour over dry mixture.
Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β° in 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.
