Place in large bowl the sugar and flour.
Set aside.
Bring to boil margarine, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 11 x 16-inch (like jelly roll pan) at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spread frosting on cake when removed from oven while hot.
