Fudge Sauce
Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. half and half and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chocolate, sugar, and vanilla in blender.
Heat half and half and butter in microwave until scalded.
While hot, pour over blender ingredients.
Beat on high speed until smooth and thick. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
