Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt together in double boiler chocolate and sugar. Add salt, light corn syrup, cornstarch and milk.
Cook for 15 minutes, while stirring until it thickens.
Add butter.
Cool. Add brandy or vanilla.
