Fudge Puddles
Fudge Puddles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In mixing bowl cream oleo, peanut butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir together flour, soda and salt.
Mix well. Chill for 1 hour.
Shape into 48 balls, 1 inch each.
Place in greased mini muffin pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 14 to 16 minutes or until browned.
Remove from oven and immediately make wells in center of each by lightly pressing with small melon ball.
Cool in pans for 5 minutes then carefully remove to wire rack.
