Fudge Pudding
Fudge Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 t flour, 1 c sugar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 stick butter and 2 t cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine flour and sugar.
Add gradually to eggs.
Stir butter and cocoa in saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
Beat slowly into egg mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour into shallow 9x9 greased pan and place in larger pan of hot water.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
May be served warm or cool, with whipped cream or ice cream.
