Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked), 2 eggs, 3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat eggs and add cocoa, sugar, vanilla, milk, butter and salt.
Mix well.
Add pecans.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
(When you test the pie, if there is still a lot of wiggling, pie may need to cook another 5 minutes or so.)
Chill at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
