Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine on low heat; remove from heat.
Add sugar and cocoa and blend.
Add eggs.
Stir, don't beat.
Add milk and vanilla and stir.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Turn to 350° and bake for 20 minutes.
Let set before cutting (about 1 hour).
Top with Cool Whip.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
