Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter/margarine, 1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine butter and chocolate in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until melted.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl, stirring well.
Stir in chocolate mixture.
Add flour; stir until blended.
Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes or until pie tests done (do not overbake).
Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce, if desired.
