Fudge in the Micro
Fudge In The Micro is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 6 oz. baking sweet chocolate, broken into squares, 1 c. chopped nuts, 2 1/4 c. sugar and 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Butter a 9-inch square baking dish; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweet chocolate, nuts and Marshmallow Crème; set aside.
In 2-quart measure, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; mix well.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
Microwave at High for 1 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Pour hot milk mixture over chocolate mixture.
Mix until chocolate melts and Marshmallow Crème is blended.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish.
Chill until cool and set, about 3 hours.
Cut into small squares.
