Fudge Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. cocoa, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
