Fudge Cupcakes
Fudge Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, 2 sticks margarine, 3 c. broken pecans, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1 c. unsifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt chocolate and margarine in saucepan over low heat (do not boil).
Add pecans; stir until coated.
In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and unbeaten eggs; mix until just blended.
Stir in chocolate and pecan mixture.
Add vanilla flavoring; do not beat. Fill paper cups in muffin pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes. Makes 16 cupcakes.
