Fudge Cream Pie
Fudge Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tall can evaporated milk and 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa; gradually stir in milk.
Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Add small amount of mixture to egg yolks.
Return all to pan.
Cook and stir until very thick.
Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Cool 5 minutes.
Pour into cooked pie shell.
Cover with meringue and brown in 350Β° oven.
