Fudge Chewies
Fudge Chewies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels, 2/3 c. sego milk, 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt caramels in 1/3 c. Sago milk; set aside.
Mix cake mix with 1/3 c. Sago milk and margarine.
Put half of cake mixture in greased 9 X 13 pan and bake 5 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and add in order chocolate chips, melted caramel mixture, nuts and remaining half cake mixture.
Last half of cake mixture will be very thick; drop by spoonfuls on nuts.
Bake 20 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars.
