Fudge Candy
Fudge Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 13 oz. can evaporated skim milk, 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 c. butter, 1 tbsp. granulated fructose and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine milk and cocoa in a saucepan.
Cook and beat over low heat until cocoa is dissolved.
Add butter, fructose, salt and vanilla.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add cereal crumbs and work in with wooden spoon. Cool 15 minutes.
Divide dough in half; roll each half into an 8-inch long tube.
Roll each tube in the finely chopped nuts. Wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
