Fudge Cake
Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. water and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar and flour; stir with a spoon.
Add cocoa, water, margarine, and oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; add to flour and sugar mixture and stir.
Mix soda with buttermilk and stir into the mixture; add eggs and vanilla.
Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
Leave in pan and let cool before icing.
