Fudge Cake
Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. plain flour, 1 c. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. soft, unsalted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Use a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan (oiled).
Sift together on waxed paper the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Beat until light and fluffy (3 minutes) the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Along with flour mixture, add the water.
Beat all until smooth; spread evenly in pan.
At 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frost with chocolate icing.
Cut into 24 pieces.
