Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and nuts. Set aside.
Combine oil, eggs and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Yield: 24 brownies.
