Fudge Brownies
Fudge Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped, 1/2 c. unsalted butter (1 stick), 1 1/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Grease foil.
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Cool 15 minutes.
Stir sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour into chocolate.
Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Top with walnuts.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Invert.
Remove pan and peel off foil.
Turn over and cut into squares.
