Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. (five 3 oz. cans) evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in pan. Bring to a boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate.
Stir until melted.
Add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla.
Beat and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Let it cool, then cut into squares.
