Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. mini size (4 oz.) marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to boil and cook 4 to 5 minutes (start to time when mixture starts bubbling).
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows blend and melt.
Pour into 8-inch square buttered pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
