Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can pet milk, 3 sticks margarine, 12 oz. chocolate chips and 10 1/2 oz. pkg. marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook the first 3 ingredients in heavy large saucepan.
Bring to a full boil, stirring, and cook for 10 minutes at medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and chocolate chips immediately. Do not stir. After 20 minutes, add vanilla and beat with electric mixer until thoroughly mixed. Add nuts and pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate. Makes 5 pounds.
