Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. chocolate chips, 4 c. sugar, 1/2 lb. margarine, 1 large can evaporated milk and 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put sugar, margarine, salt and milk in pan on stove top. Bring to boil for 12 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate chips, one bag at a time, then add Marshmallow Creme.
Beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased lipped cookie sheets. Makes 5 pounds.
