Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. evaporated milk, 6 oz. chocolate chips and 1 c. marshmallow creme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk.
Bring to a boil.
Stir constantly.
Boil 4 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat after 4 minutes.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Stir until melted. Add in Marshmallow Creme and vanilla.
Beat well; spread into greased pan (grease with butter).
Chill and cut into wedges.
