Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 large can evaporated milk, 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or 4 c., 1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar and milk in a large heavy saucepan and slowly bring to a rolling boil.
Let this boil for 8 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter.
Mix only until the chips and marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Blend.
Spread the mixture in a large ungreased pan or platter.
Let cool.
