Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sugar, 1/2 lb. butter, 1 regular can evaporated milk, 12 oz. chocolate bits and 3 sq. baker's chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to rolling boil; boil for 5 minutes.
Melt together in double boiler the chocolate bits, Baker's chocolate and milk chocolate bar.
Add melted chocolate to boiled sugar mixture, then add marshmallow, vanilla and nuts.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into buttered pan.
Makes 6 pounds of fudge.
