Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 pkg. real milk chocolate chips (12 oz.) and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in 2-quart pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234Β°.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in chocolate until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
