Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, 1 pt. marshmallow cream and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large pan, bring sugar and milk to a boil slowly and boil for 20 minutes.
Put rest of ingredients in a large bowl and pour hot liquid over; stir well, then beat until thick.
Spread on buttered cookie sheet.
Makes 5 pounds.
