Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. melted butter or margarine, 5 c. sugar, 1 can evaporated milk, 8 oz. jar marshmallow cream and 24 oz. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil butter, sugar and milk for 11 minutes.
Add marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until stiff. Spread in buttered jelly roll pan.
Cool for several hours. Yield: 5 pounds.
