Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 sq. chocolate (unsweetened), 3/4 c. milk, dash of salt and pinch of cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease side of pan.
Combine sugar, milk, chocolate, cream of tartar and salt.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil, having thermometer reach 238Β°.
Remove from stove.
Add butter.
When lukewarm, add nuts, marshmallow and vanilla.
Beat and pour in buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
