Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 2 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 lb. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine in large bowl, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, butter, salt and vanilla.
In saucepan, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Cook over medium to low heat until it comes to a boil.
Boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Combine cooked mixture to ingredients in bowl; stir together.
Spread in buttered jellyroll pan.
Refrigerate.
Makes 4 to 5 pounds fudge.
