Fu Man Chew
Fu Man Chew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. sliced celery, 2 lb. ground beef and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put oil in big skillet.
Add onions and celery.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add crumbled beef.
When beef is browned, add soup, rice, bean sprouts, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
(If fixing early, stop here and finish later.)
Pour into large casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°.
Then add pea pods (thawed just enough to separate).
Stir in and top with chow mein noodles.
Bake uncovered another 30 minutes at 350°.
