Fruity Rainbow
A layered fruit salad of mandarins, pineapple, grapes, and strawberries lightly tossed for a colorful brunch bowl. Naturally sweet and as cheerful as its name suggests.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine lemon juice, honey and cinnamon; pour over orange slices in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Drain oranges and set aside liquid.
Place oranges in bottom of large trifle bowl.
Layer fresh fruits until bowl is topped.
Pour the set aside liquid over the fruit.
Serve chilled.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
