Fruity Iced Tea
Fruity Iced Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. water, 3 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. loose tea, 1/4 c. tightly packed fresh mint leaves, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. strained fresh orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large pot (do not use aluminum, copper or iron); heat water until it just comes to the boil.
Stir in tea, mint and sugar.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Immediately strain tea through a fine sieve.
Stir in juices.
Let cool to room temperature.
Place tea in one large pitcher or divide between 2 pitchers.
Fill pitchers or glasses with ice and serve.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange.
Makes 10 cups.
