Fruited Rice Pudding
Fruited Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. skim milk, 1 tbsp. honey, 3/4 c. enriched long grain rice, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. seedless raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large saucepan, mix milk and honey.
Stir and cook over medium heat until honey dissolves.
Add rice, vanilla and raisins. Turn heat to high; stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover pan.
Heat for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked, stirring every 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, sprinkled with nutmeg and garnished with strawberries and walnuts.
