Fruited Freeze
Fruited Freeze is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (14 oz. each) cans pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored chiffon pie filling mix, 1/2 c. whipped cream (may use cool whip), 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Oil a 3-quart mold or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Thoroughly drain the pineapple.
Measure 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice and heat to boiling.
Prepare pie filling as directed on package, but substitute the 1/2 cup hot pineapple juice for 1/2 cup boiling water.
Blend whipped cream with mayonnaise.
Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, fruit cocktail and cherries. Combine with pie filling.
Pour into prepared pan. Freeze.
Unmold and garnish about 30 minutes before serving.
