Fruited Chicken Salad
Fruited Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained, 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds and 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, oranges, pineapple and almonds.
Chill well.
In a small mixing bowl, blend together mayonnaise, salt and marjoram.
Add mayonnaise dressing to the chicken mixture.
Toss together lightly to coat all ingredients.
Chill if time permits.
Serve in an attractive serving dish, garnished with extra oranges, if desired.
