Fruited Chicken
Fruited Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. salad oil, 8 chicken thighs, skinned, 3 green peppers, cut in rings, 1 medium onion, cut in rings and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown chicken in oil.
Remove from pan.
Saute onion and peppers until tender-crisp.
Drain peach liquid into skillet with vegetables.
Add vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
Return chicken to skillet.
Simmer 1 hour.
Mix cornstarch with water.
Add to chicken and vegetables.
Cook until thickened.
Add peach halves. Heat through.
