Mix water, vinegar, molasses, sauce and pepper in 2-quart casserole. Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir after 45 seconds.

Chicken into strips and place in casserole and cover.

Refrigerate apples, walnuts and raisins.

Microwave until apples are tender.

Stir in oranges, cover and set aside.

Mix juice and cornstarch in small mixing bowl.

Microwave until thickened, stirring 3 or 4 times. Pour over chicken and stir.

Serve over rice.
