Fruit Trifle
Fruit Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. strawberries (other fruits may be used), 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 c. sour cream and 1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slice strawberries and mix with sugar; set aside.
Combine milk, sour cream and pudding mix.
Beat, scraping down sides of bowl.
Do not overbeat.
Mixture will thicken in about one minute. Position half the slices into the bottom and partially up sides of 3-quart serving dish.
Drizzle orange juice.
Cover with half of pudding and then half of strawberries.
Repeat layers. Decorate surface with whip cream.
Refrigerate.
