Fruit Tart
Fruit Tart is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, softened, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/6 c. almond paste, crumbled (optional), 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 to 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Beat butter then add sugar and almond paste, beat together then mix in flour to form dough.
Pat gently into the bottom of a 12-inch round or 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
When they are soft spread evenly and let cool.
