Fruit Tapioca
Fruit Tapioca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can fruit, 2 1/2 c. fruit juice and water, 1/4 c. tapioca, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. lemon juice (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain fruit juice into a measuring cup.
Cut fruit into bite size pieces and set aside.
Add water to fruit juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.
Put all ingredients except fruit into a saucepan. Let set 5 minutes, then bring to a full boil.
Remove from heat; add fruit and stir occasionally while cooling.
Store in refrigerator.
