Fruit Spinach Salad
Fruit Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. loosely packed fresh spinach leaves, 2 c. cantaloupe balls, 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries, 2 tbsp. low-sugar raspberry preserves and 2 tbsp. raspberry white wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine spinach, cantaloupe balls and strawberries in a large salad bowl; toss gently.
Combine jam and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk or shake in a covered jar.
