Fruit Sparkle Topping
Fruit Sparkle Topping is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can fruit cocktail, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain fruit cocktail, reserving liquid.
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Blend in water.
Add fruit cocktail liquid and orange juice concentrate.
Cook and stir until thick and boiling.
Add fruit cocktail and nuts.
Chill.
Serve as a sundae sauce or over pound cake.
Makes topping for 24 sundaes or about 5 cups.
