Fruit Slices
Fruit Slices is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 crushed cereal (weet-a-bix or similar), 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. coconut, 4 oz. butter and 1 c. mixed fruit including dates, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter, add condensed milk and cocoa and heat gently until combined.
Remove from heat and add chopped fruit, coconut and crushed/crumbled cereal.
Stir well and press into a Swiss roll tin.
When cool, ice with lemon icing.
