Fruit Slaw
Fruit Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 (8 oz.) carton orange-flavored yogurt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 c. finely shredded cabbage and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
In a small bowl, combine the reserved syrup, yogurt and lemon juice.
In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cabbage, oranges, celery, nuts and raisins.
Fold in yogurt mixture.
Gently fold in the banana. Cover and chill.
Makes 8 servings.
