Fruit Sherbet
Fruit Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, separated, 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk, 1/3 c. ice water, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 can chilled blueberry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg white, dry milk and water until stiff.
Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until very stiff.
Beat in egg yolk just until mixed.
Fold in pie filling.
Freeze 4 hours or more.
Makes 1 quart of sherbet.
